Evaluation Process
Stage 1: Initial Screening
All nominations undergo an initial review to verify completeness, eligibility, and adherence to submission guidelines. Incomplete applications are not forwarded to the next stage.
Stage 2: Expert Panel Review
Qualified nominations are evaluated by a panel of subject matter experts who assess the scientific merit, innovation, and impact of the nominee’s work. Each nomination is reviewed by at least three independent reviewers.
Stage 3: Comparative Analysis
Reviewers compare nominees within each category using standardized scoring criteria. Nominations are ranked based on overall excellence, impact, and alignment with award objectives.
Stage 4: Selection Committee Deliberation
The Selection Committee reviews top-ranked nominations from each category, discusses merits, and makes final recommendations. The committee ensures diversity, equity, and excellence in selection.
Stage 5: Final Approval & Notification
Award winners are approved by the Board of Directors and officially notified. Winners receive detailed feedback and are invited to the award ceremony. Results are publicly announced on the website.
