Ms. Vincelet Jobikha Arul Swamy hails from Kanniyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India. She completed her school education at Amala Matriculation Higher Secondary School, where she successfully passed both SSLC and HSC examinations. Her keen interest in Physics from a young age motivated her to pursue higher education in this field.

She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Infant Jesus College of Arts and Science for Women, graduating with First Class with Distinction. She continued her academic excellence by completing her Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics at Muslim Arts College, Kanniyakumari, also with First Class with Distinction.

Her strong academic foundation laid the groundwork for her current pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics at Saveetha Engineering College, affiliated with Anna University, Chennai.

Currently, Ms. Swamy is a Ph.D. Scholar in Physics (July 2023 – August 2026) at Saveetha Engineering College, Anna University. Her doctoral research, titled “Investigation on Rare Earth Doped Tellurite Glasses for Radiation Shielding Applications”, focuses on the synthesis and characterization of glass and glass ceramics with enhanced radiation protection properties.

Her academic journey is characterized by consistent excellence, interdisciplinary exposure, and a commitment to scientific advancement through experimental research, innovation, and publication.
