📝 Prepare Your Documents
Gather all necessary documents including CV, publications list, recommendation letters, and supporting materials before starting the submission process.

Review the eligibility criteria for your chosen award category to ensure the nominee meets all requirements for consideration.
📋 Complete the Form
Fill out the online submission form with accurate and complete information. All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
📎 Upload Files
Upload all supporting documents in PDF format. Maximum file size is 10MB per document. Ensure all files are clearly labeled.
🔍 Review Submission
Carefully review all information and documents before final submission. Make sure there are no errors or missing information.
✉️ Submit & Confirm
Click submit to complete your nomination. You will receive a confirmation email with your submission reference number within 24 hours.
Document Requirements
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A comprehensive CV including educational background, work experience, research interests, publications, and professional achievements. Maximum 5 pages.
2. Publications List
Complete list of peer-reviewed publications, books, chapters, conference papers, and patents. Include DOI or links where applicable. Format: APA, MLA, or Chicago style.
3. Recommendation Letters
Two to three letters of recommendation from academic or professional references who can attest to the nominee’s qualifications and contributions. Letters should be on official letterhead.
4. Research Statement
A detailed statement (500-1000 words) describing the nominee’s research focus, methodology, key findings, and impact on the field. Include future research directions.
5. Supporting Materials
Additional materials such as published papers (up to 3 most significant), certificates, awards, or other evidence of impact and recognition.
6. Professional Photograph
High-resolution professional photograph (minimum 300 DPI, JPG or PNG format). Photo will be used for promotional materials if selected as a winner.
Important Guidelines
Submission Deadline
All submissions must be received by the posted deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
File Format
All documents must be in PDF format. Images should be in JPG or PNG format.
Language
All submissions must be in English. Non-English documents must include certified translations.
File Size Limit
Maximum file size is 10MB per document. Compress large files if necessary.
Editing
Once submitted, nominations cannot be edited. Review carefully before submitting.
Confidentiality
All submissions are treated confidentially and reviewed by our expert panel.
