Event Overview
The International Scientists Award is a premier online event celebrating outstanding innovation and achievement across industries. It gathers professionals, researchers, and leaders worldwide to recognize groundbreaking contributions in technology, science, and business. The event features keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions, and an award ceremony.
Registration
Register via the official website by providing accurate personal and professional information including your full name, email address, professional affiliation, and contact details. Participants must be 18 years or older to register independently. Corporate or group registrations may be available with special pricing. A confirmation email with access instructions will be sent upon successful registration.
Providing false information during registration may result in cancellation without a refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through the official registration platform. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Registration fees cover access to event sessions, recordings, certificates, and digital materials. A confirmation receipt will be sent via email immediately after payment.
All fees are clearly stated during registration with no hidden charges. International transaction or currency conversion fees are the participant's responsibility.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event are eligible for a refund, minus administrative charges. Cancellations after this period are generally not refundable unless due to extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, which are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Participants who register but do not attend (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds, regardless of reason. To request a refund, email support@scientistsaward.com with your registration details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Technical Requirements
For a smooth experience, attendees must have a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended), an updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge), and working audio/video capabilities. Desktop or laptop computers are recommended, though mobile devices and tablets are supported. A test link will be provided prior to the event to check your setup.
Privacy & Data
Personal data collected during registration is used solely for event-related purposes including communication, logistics, and marketing of future events. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary for essential services like payment processing or platform hosting.
Attendees have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data. Data deletion requests sent to privacy@scientistsaward.com are processed within 30 days.
Event Changes & Cancellation
Organizers reserve the right to adjust the agenda, speaker lineup, or event format due to unforeseen circumstances. All changes will be communicated promptly via email and posted on the official website. If the event is cancelled by the organizers, attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Intellectual Property
All content presented at the event — including keynote speeches, presentations, and workshop materials — is protected under intellectual property laws. Attendees are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any event content without explicit written permission from the organizers. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and a permanent ban from future events.
Event materials provided to participants are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Recording & Media
Official recordings may be captured during the event and used for promotional purposes including websites, social media, and marketing materials. By participating, attendees consent to the use of their likeness in such recordings. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the event organizers upon registration and keep your camera off during sessions.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and integrity. This includes respectful communication in chat, Q&A sessions, and networking interactions. Harassment, offensive language, spam, discrimination, or any behavior that creates a hostile environment will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed from the event without a refund and banned from future events.
Third-Party Services
The event collaborates with trusted third-party vendors for services such as platform hosting, payment processing, and digital services. The organizers are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from third-party services. Participants are encouraged to review third-party terms and contact vendors directly for service-related concerns.
